Individual Coaching
Together, as partners, we determine what is at the heart of your motivation for coaching and map out a plan for your exploration and learning. When you put in the work, results will follow.

Group Coaching
In pairs and in groups, participants have the opportunity to not only challenge themselves in coaching, but also learn from the experience of others, as observers and in relationship with them. This is a powerful way to experience coaching.

Learning Program Design
Together, we will start by getting clear on your group’s learning outcomes and design from there. This work is focused on creating real progress and learning - no busy work or checkbox trainings.
Program design is based on the ways people take in and retain information, and how to apply learning to real scenarios. We will use practical, no-nonsense learning practices to get the outcomes we’re aiming for.
Facilitation can be included, or the design can support your own, in-house facilitation.
Leadership Consulting
Interpersonal and team dynamics in leadership offer daily learning. Our partnership will remain coaching focused, understanding that you have the context to make the best decisions for your teams and organizations. There will be no best practice checklists or or a premixed formula to solve your challenges. We’ll work together on the right next steps based on your unique context and the nuances of your organization.
